• Job Description:

  On a day to day basis you will perform the following tasks.
  • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions to ensure accuracy of forecasts.
  • Manage long-term and short-term financing strategies.
  • Perform periodic review of the Group's goals and risk tolerance.
  • Report on the Group's various cash flow forecasts (weekly, monthly, annually) and perform appropriate financial modelling to determine appropriate strategies.
  • Evaluate existing cash management systems periodically and recommend appropriate changes to optimize efficiencies.
  • Manage day to day forex balances to minimise costs and roll-overs.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, monitor bank service fees against budget and report periodically, address quality issues to avoid reoccurrences, and conduct benchmark studies to ensure Group facilities remain competitive in the market.
  • Evaluate alternative borrowing strategies and make periodic recommendations in order to adhere with the capital structure guidelines.

• Desired Skills and Experience:

  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Treasury Manager position. This will ideally be within a family owned investment group or an equivalent Investment house. You will have strong communication skills as you required to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Equivalent degree in Finance & Accounting.
  Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in a similar role. Any experience in Banking or Trading would be beneficial.
  Extensive experience in preparing cash flow forecasts and analysis.
  Experience in building complex financial models and scenario analysis in Excel.
